My Dream early this morning, before the light I lay within slumber's depths allowing this old physical self that I am it's desired rest and rejuvenation time when all of a sudden a dream came to me... I dreamt that I, as an author of some renown was actually my own popular character (in secret of course) an' was actively adventuring on a regular basis being a mixture of two previously well known men one being that saintly character created by Leslie Charteris, the most well known Simon Templar by name as well as he of the Thin Man fame, who had a wife named Nora both a creation of well known author Dashiell Hammett and so there I was, well known for my choice of contrasting colors always seeming to be the owner of a red and white wardrobe with world wide adventures being my sole occupation from the far reaches of the North, to the hot southern climes I covered the world always on the job, most of the year that being a fact gathering enterprise, using a devious spy network

Historical Relevance Historical relevance is an interesting term, how much did the works of Homer have? it is debated, Solon? Plato when he spoke of Atlantis? it is all in the perception of the knowing individual I think. Ones own intelligence (tho it can be added to thru learning) is the horizon line of understanding, we may only comprehend within our ability to understand the subject matter, to relate to the story line or parables, and, as far as it goes, how accurate are our perceived histories? the ones taught to our children, it makes one wonder, and I have always doubted that we knew a very large percentage of the truths of our species, meaning there is probably much more that we do not know or remember as a species, than what we do know, although research does go on daily, which I am happy that it does.
